Drawing on existing technological expertise, our high-performance design department develops your welded assemblies and assembly groups as complete solutions in the context of assembly group manufacturing. From preparing 3D models, through component manufacturing, welding, thread cutting and coating, right up to completion with electronic systems and dispatch of your sheet metal constructions in specifically prepared transport racks – we take care of the project handling in assembly group manufacturing on your behalf – from batch size 1 up to serial production.

Welding assemblies are fused by the traditional MAG welding method or, in a design- and quality-oriented manner, by applying the WIG welding method to achieve high-grade surfaces. That is why, at RS-Metall, two robotic welding plants provide additional flexibility by complementing manufacturing options. Particularly in serial production of welding assemblies, such as tubular steel constructions, sheet metal casings and coverings, the high-performance welding robots contribute to sustainably increased productivity.
